Over the past six months, we’ve been working on a bigger update to PnL Ledger. Broker sync and CSV imports are a big part of it, alongside improvements to how the journal handles open positions, partial exits and activity across multiple trading accounts.
We’re now looking for users to try these features before a wider release. If you’re happy to test with your own trade history and tell us what works and what doesn’t, we’d love your help.
What we’re testing
- Broker sync: bring trade history directly into PnL Ledger from a supported broker or exchange.
- CSV imports: import trade history from a file.
- Trade tracking: check open positions, partial exits, execution details and the P&L shown in your journal.
Who can join
The first phase is web only and focuses on Interactive Brokers (IBKR) and Bybit. You can take part even if you normally use our iOS or Android app, as long as you can test in the web app.
If you use another broker or platform: you’re welcome to sign up too. We’ll contact you when relevant testing opens. MetaTrader 4/5 is next on our list.
Benefits for testers
These advanced features will otherwise require a higher subscription tier. Selected beta testers will keep access while they continue participating in the beta program.
In return, we ask you to respond to testing requests within seven days, complete the rounds you accept and share useful feedback. You can decline a round if the timing doesn’t work for you.
How to apply
Complete the signup form using the email shown in PnL Ledger → Settings. We’ll use it to contact you about testing. Signing up doesn’t guarantee an invitation.
Please remember that beta features may contain bugs or numerical errors. Compare imported information with your broker records and report anything that doesn’t look right.
