and related digital services offered by AlphaBat j.d.o.o..

1. General Principles
Refund rights depend on the purchase channel.
If you purchased through our website or web app and your payment was processed by Paddle,
refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
For Paddle-processed web purchases, you may request a refund within
14 days from the date of the transaction.
If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel the subscription at any time
to prevent future billing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
and will prevent further renewal charges.
2. Website and Web App Purchases Processed by Paddle
If you purchase PnL Ledger through our website or web application, your payment may be processed by
Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for those transactions.
For Paddle-processed purchases, you may request a refund within
14 days from the date of the transaction.
Refund requests for Paddle-processed purchases are handled under Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
You can use the link in your transaction receipt or billing page to manage your purchase,
and you can also contact support@pnlledger.com
if you need help locating the correct billing flow.
3. Statutory Consumer Rights for Web Purchases
If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
4. Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased PnL Ledger through Apple’s App Store, Apple handles billing and refund decisions
under Apple’s own policies and terms.
- refund requests should generally be submitted through Apple’s official refund page;
- subscription cancellation is handled through your Apple account subscription settings;
- we cannot directly force Apple to issue a refund for an App Store transaction.
If you experience a technical issue with PnL Ledger, you may still contact us at
support@pnlledger.com so we can try to help,
but the financial refund decision for App Store purchases is made by Apple.
5. Google Play Purchases
If you purchased PnL Ledger through Google Play, Google handles billing and refund decisions
under Google’s own policies and terms, although some purchase issues may also be addressed
through developer support where Google allows that.

- subscription cancellation is handled through your Google Play subscription settings;
- refund eligibility may depend on Google’s policies, purchase timing, transaction type, and applicable law.

but Google may require you to use its own refund and support channels for the final refund determination.
6. Duplicate Charges and Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase,
or you see an unauthorized charge related to PnL Ledger, contact us promptly at
support@pnlledger.com.
We may ask for transaction details and may direct you to Paddle, Apple, Google, or your payment provider
depending on where the purchase was made and the nature of the issue.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible.
Chargebacks may interrupt access to paid features while the matter is being reviewed
and may be treated as a payment dispute by the relevant payment provider or marketplace.
8. Promotional Offers, Trials, and Introductory Pricing
If you signed up through a free trial, introductory offer, discount, or promotional plan,
the specific terms presented at signup will also apply.
Unless stated otherwise, once a trial converts into a paid subscription,
the resulting charge is treated as a normal subscription charge subject to this Refund Policy,
applicable law, and the rules of the relevant payment provider or app marketplace.
9. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
- If you purchased through our website or web app, follow the cancellation steps in your billing portal or contact support.
- If you purchased through Apple, cancel through your Apple subscription settings.
- If you purchased through Google Play, cancel through your Google Play subscription settings.
Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
It does not normally reverse a charge that has already been processed.
10. How Refunds Are Returned
If a refund is approved, it is generally returned using the original payment method used for the purchase.
For Paddle-processed purchases, eligible refunds are generally processed to the same payment method where possible
and within 14 days of approval.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, Apple, Google, Paddle,
or other third-party payment providers after a refund has been initiated.
11. No Effect on Mandatory Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
If applicable law gives you a right to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, or other remedy,
those rights continue to apply.
12. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
Material changes will apply on a forward-looking basis unless otherwise required by law.
